Peace Learning Center is looking for dynamic youth development professionals to facilitate character education and conflict management programs with K-12 general and at-risk youth populations as well as parents, teachers and other youth professionals.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Are highly engaging
* Have a caring and professional approach to address the needs of populations served
* Are exceptionally organized
* Build strong relationships with contacts and other potential clients
* Are proficient at scheduling programs for schools and other organizations
* Are comfortable working in at-risk classroom environments with 30+ students
* Display a commitment to excellence and a collaborative spirit
Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work or related field, two years direct service experience in a youth serving organization, preferably with at-risk youth. Some evening and weekend work; must be able to lift 30 lbs. Position is 32 hrs per week with benefits.
