Ray Hoskins Changing What We Can't Accept

I posted this on my blog at RayHoskins.com, but thought it should be posted here too. Yesterday, I learned that Indiana denied Medicaid payment for a little boy who is nonverbal. He perhaps can say about ten words. He has waited for over four years on our waiting list, and is capable of learning speech. The State said that there was no need for services. I am reeling from that, as I care about this kid. This decision is sadistic in it's casual disregard of the impact on the life of this child.… Continue
