Profile Information
- How are you an ally for youth?
- I am the Director of Programs for a family planning agency. I oversee two youth programs at my agency. I am also at the beginning stages of becoming a facilitator of youth for an organization that helps youth to develop leadership skills. During my career, I have always worked with youth and feel very strongly that adults need to provide opportunities for youth voices to be heard and opportunities for youth to experience and participate meaningfully the world in which they live.
- Your greatest strengths:
- I am compassionate and loyal. I have great listening skills. I am a strong advocate for youth.

- What is the greatest challenge facing youth today?
- I think the greatest challenge is growing and developing into productive citizens while avoiding pitfalls like dropping out of school, teen pregnancy, gang involvement and substance abuse.
