I coordinate professional development opportunities for those in the youth development field. I'm also a CPR and First Aid instructor.

What is the greatest challenge facing youth today?

Growing up in a hyper-connected new media age. Communication is becoming less personal and I fear children are not getting ample opportunity to fully develop that skill set.
